Our history

Activa Developments Pty Ltd started in March 2012.

Managed by Director Jason Janssen and wife Sharon Janssen, Activa Developments has gone from strength to strength in its 5 years of operation.

Activa Developments is built on a strong foundation of over 150 years of combined experience in the building industry; including previous joint-ownership of a multi state and national award winning company.

In Activa Developments, Jason and Sharon set out to develop a building company that will assist their clients in building both financial and lifestyle wealth through property investment.

Starting out as a small business of 3 employees, Activa Developments has grown rapidly over the years; to be categorized as a medium business enterprise with a steady workforce of 7 employees.

Many of Activa Developments clients are repeat investors or word of mouth referrals. Whilst every company endeavours to be competitive on price, Activa Developments focuses on providing clients with comprehensive quotes, value for money, quality of construction and excellence in customer service as the cornerstone of our business.
